Staging is different from decorating. It's selling
your space and not your things. Staging is about neutralizing a home so
that it will appeal to a larger audience of potential buyers. Every home
has features that can be enhanced and let's face it, features that need
less attention. By bringing in appropriate furnishings, lighting, artwork
and accessories in color coordination, scale and proportion we create a coordinated and consistent design throughout. |

TRY IT!!! “DESIGN IN A DAY” Here’s How it Works….. By appointment we review your room with you to determine what existing furnishings can work within the space and how much time will be required to complete the project. A design day is scheduled. You go away for the day…and when you return your room looks completely changed! We use your furnishings and make suggestions for additional components if necessary. Just like HGTV Design ReMix. Okay, but what is the cost? The initial appointment fee is $75.00 which will be rebated back if you agree to the project. A complete room update which includes re-arrangement of furnishings, accessorizing and hanging artwork ranged from $350.00 - $750.00 dependant on the amount of furniture to be moved. Worried you don’t have enough “stuff” to use? Not a problem. We will determine a budget with you to select and install additional furnishings, accessories or artwork. All items will be “on approval” and returnable to our store and exchanged within the store. So, stop stressing over the “uncompleted” look of your room and call us today to schedule a consultation.
